The manufacturer(s) of these products (not The Charterboat Consortium) determines the expiration date. The maximum expiration date is one (1) year from date of purchase. Return Policy We offer a thirty (30) day, money back, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to qualify under this policy. Under federal regulations for in-vitro test devices, only unopened, sealed diagnostic or forensic tests or test kits may be returned for credit. Credit will be issued only after inspection of all returns for conformity to this policy. Returned merchandise not in conformance will be held for 30 days and the customer notified by e-mail as to their options. In all cases, we do not accept the return for credit of any item returned more than 30 days from shipment date. Original shipping costs are not refundable. All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement: · Request a return authorization by sending an e-mail to tcc@gulftel.com with your original order number, date, and item(s) you wish to return. · You will be notified of return authorization by return e-mail. Be sure to include a copy of your original order, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of credit. · Return the item(s) postage paid (insured return receipt is suggested on returns over $50) to: Gulf South Resources, Inc d.b.a.The Charterboat Consortium Attn: Returns 410 E. Laurel Ave Foley, AL 36535 All items included in the original order must be returned or credit will not be issued. This includes any forms and containers as well as the testing device. Important: Opened, used, unsealed or otherwise damaged in-vitro test kits cannot be returned under federal regulations and credit will not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted. The Charterboat Consortium cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without a return authorization. Shipping All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of processing payment. Priority mail shipping prices vary depending on YOUR zip code and the weight. Shipment Liability Shipments are typically sent priority mail by the USPS. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS or any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process, inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facility and is in the possession of a designated common carrier. |
